EvokeTV: it took me a while, but figured out the social aspect. When you click on a currently running show, a “TV room” option shows up on the left bar. Click on it, and you’ll find yourself a chat room related to that specific program. Not a bad idea, except the number of participants is typically zero 🙁 (Same challenge for Gabbly, 3Bubbles)
